YES! The front page appears to remain stable now with this new upgrade. Much better and quite pretty looking. Easy for people to get around….
* Groups wire not working as stated in last post.. no idea why.
I have some people on it now testing so hopefully will be able to suss out why the group wire doesnt work when the rest does. I think the groups part is just the weakest link at present. I am sure they will work in the end.
Forums are definitely looked forward to OR a way of showing ALL wires when they work properly.
Search is needed on the front page to be able to search sitewide. ie someone wants to find a member they can from the front page. At present my search widget didnt find anyone LOL
Site wide newsletter ability would be excellent addition.
Gallery is a must, especially for my site as it is for people in the arts… OR using the nexGEN plugin, a way to show a slideshow or section of latest images uploaded to that from sitewide.
These are just some of the things I have thought about at the moment… will add more as I find them or think of them.
The ticket system and wires system here is too confusing for newbies to get help on. It would be ultra cool to have a help ticket system IN their profile section that is linked to main admin somewhere…..
