I was looking for where people visiting my site would find my blog amongst others…
If however, I have loads of new blogs on there at some point… I couldnt show a long list of blogs…
New members soon vanish off the page and again, if I have loads then the list would be endless…
BUT
How about categories we could make?
When someone makes a new blog they have to say which category their new blog fits into…
Then this appears on a category page under chosen category….
Then when people want to search for a blog, they find the category then see all the blogs that fit with what they are looking for…
For instance
I have two metaphorical blogs – One about music and one about art… 
see? Does anyone agree?
The reason it works for me is that I am running an art site with set categories.. I could then programme these in admin… bit like Aardvarks TopSites… sort of thing… ish
